Resume Writing : Stage II

Resume writing at it’s best – Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for your resume – just like the web developers do for websites – only this method is specifically coded for your keywords and skill sets that are unique to YOU!

What you get:

  • Hidden coding added to the polished resume (hidden text) using ‘ethical Black Hat’ program coding.  This hidden coding increases the number of times a ‘keyword’ or ‘key phrase’ is used within a resume by four times the amount versus the number of times it would normally be used within a resume in only the visible text.
  • Machines (computers) count the number of times a word is ‘found’ when recruiters, or keyword seekers, are searching for that key term.  The query engine counts not only the visible text, but the hidden text (coding) inside the document and the document with the most instances of that keywords does to the top of the results list for the recruiters (listing of the most to the least in relevance).
  • Once Stage II is completed – the resume owner is provided with multiple resources – including a listing of hundreds of company recruiting websites – they can achieve on their own (with no additional costs) to post their updated enriched experience resume in government and commercial company recruiting sites – nationwide.

Results

  • Recruiters and headhunters use what is called “Boolean Searches” to find candidates – whether in the large job boards (Monster.com; Career Builder), in their own company proprietary database of resumes, or searching for candidates in Google, Yahoo, Bing, MSN, or other Internet search engines.  Job seekers need to be ‘at the top’ of the query results.  This program coding enables that ‘top of the list’ capability for the resume.

    Once work begins on the Stage for which a customer has purchased, there is no refund.  The Resume Writer and Reviewer may spend hours getting a resume prepped for the client, formatting, reviewing, rewording, and the written interview, thus it would be unfair for the client to demand any refunds when most if not all the work has been completed.  It would be best to continue to the end and have a completed resume versus stopping the process at any time during the consultant / client relationship.  This resume review and revision process will rely on the client’s progression and schedule while working with the consultant on the resume review, rewrite, and revision strategy.
    If you pay for the services, please ensure you have marked your calendar for follow-up and follow-through. The consultant will not remind the client to follow-up on actions or homework requested. The Client should mark their calendar and plan their schedule to work on their career while the consultant helps guide the client down the right path. Money paid for services will be retained for three months after submission, but are not eligible for a refund after those three months for unused services /stages. D. Boyer Consulting will continue to work with the customer for all services purchased until completed – regardless of the number of months – or years – it takes for follow-up.
