Resumes du Jour – Rich Resources for Recruiters

Why post resumes?

In my consulting business, one of the services I provide is to help job seekers improve their chances to distribute a more value-added tool to their potential target market for recruiters seeking my client’s Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) to fill a job requisition.

Many clients have brilliant careers, and have accomplished many goals and objectives for their past employers, but may not and should not be ‘professional job hunters,’ thus their resumes need a lot of help so recruiters can easily find high-quality candidates.

Additionally, I assist my clients (at Stage III – Social Media Management services) to be found more easily by recruiters who are technically savvy in Internet searches to find my candidates via Boolean Searches and Search Strings.  I do this by creating ‘tags’ for my client resumes, as well as program ‘hidden’ language and key words into the finished resume.

Can I use your resumes to find candidates?

Absolutely – this is a FREE source and you are welcome to use this website to search for applicants and candidates for your requisition – visit the site as often as you wish.  My goal is to add at least 1-3 high quality finished rewritten resumes weekly for you to review.

Can anyone post a resume here?

Unfortunately, no.  I reserve this venue for posting my completed work for my clients to enable them to increase their SEO capability for resumes for which they have purchased rewrite services.

This is a value-added service I provide to my customers, and use the postings to encourage recruiters to visit my site often, as well as potential clients to review what I have done for past clients.

How come the resume layout is not 100% perfect in your website?

Copying and pasting the resume from a Word Document into this WordPress.com-based website may result in some missing line spaces, off-kilter spacing, and extra lines.

This formatting is a result of the copy and paste action and not how the resumes looks in the finished Word Document version.

I’m not a Web Master, so can’t spend too much time finessing the quality layout of the pages and posts, but the message is still there, and the information is still valuable.  I appreciate your understanding!

Review the RESUME du JOUR by looking at the right margin for links to those resumes or simply query in the Search box for special skill or key words to find a candidate that may match your job requisition. Enjoy!
