Wounded Warrior Packages – Resume & Career Search

Wounded Warrior Packages – Resume & Career Search

This specially priced resume and job search package is offering a special for Wounded Warriors with 20% or more disability (based on US military documentation and determination for disabilities).

Dawn D. Boyer, Ph.D. is married to a veteran.  Her husband, James (Jim) M. Stallings, is a retired Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Chief, Retired, United State Navy.  He retired in December of 2004 after 20 years of service and loved his time in the military.  He is active in the EOD community, and enjoys communicating with his compatriots – EOD and all military.  Jim Stalling’s past company, Monster Clean (www.MonsterClean.com; sold in September of 2017), donated regularly to the USO (Norfolk International Airport), veterans services and groups, and was involved in local events and organizations that support our retired, and current and/or disabled, military veterans, as well as contributed to the support of the Wounded Warrior career search packages for job seeking / career changing military service members.

Because of the value of the service to our country, the disabilities suffered as a sacrifice to our nation in the performance of their military duty in protecting our freedoms, and a matching donation from  Jim Stallings, we are able to offer a specially discounted package for Wounded Warriors for their career search and resume packages.

Wounded Warrior Career Search Package:

Stage I, Stage II, and Stage III combo package for the personal career investment of only $500 (versus the combination of all individual Stage package prices [non-discounted] of $762) to disabled veterans as a salute and in appreciation of the sacrifices and services provided to our country.  This matching cost program for the three Stages of the Career Search Resume Package saves the Wounded Warrior $262.

Requirements:

** Provide proof of 20% or more disability as a result of military service with documentation from US government (please mark out any/all private ID information such as Social Security, birthdate, etc., from the documentation that could result in potential identity theft – keep it safe!)

** Provide the detailed (long-version) of the Wounded Warrior’s resume, including military service record(s) training, and any job history and/or training before and/or after the military service.

** Provide a brief summary of any physical work the Wounded Warrior is unable to perform as a result of their injuries or disability.  This is needed to determine capability factors and work with the Wounded Warrior in posting their resume to specific and/or unique job boards that focus on hiring retired veterans or wounded warriors in the career package services.

** Stage I, II, and III must be prepaid for services to be initiated and completed.  Review Stage I website page, Stage II website page, and Stage III website page for the list of all services provided within these packages for an understanding of the complete offering.

To take advantage of this package, email your resume to Dawn.Boyer (at) me (dot) com with the required documentation and current resume.  Billing will be completed via a PayPal invoice.

Disclaimer:
* D. Boyer Consulting provides the best possible resume rewrite for the industry based on experience and knowledge gained as an experienced human resources manager and/or senior recruiter. We are unable to provide the resume owner any guarantees of employment based upon the resume rewrite. Historically, job seekers do have a marked increase contacts from recruiters and hiring managers after they follow the homework instructions provided by D. Boyer Consulting, and if they post the rewritten resume to the most appropriate resume and job boards.  Factors such as a job seeker’s poor telephonic or face-to-face interviewing skills, current economy, industry-wide down-turn for specific skills being shopped to companies, competition (more qualified) for the position being considered, as well as the job seeker’s salary demands may positively or negatively influence a hiring manager’s decision. These factors are beyond human control, thus guarantees can not be reasonably expected nor demanded.
Once work begins on the Stage for which a customer has purchased, there is no refund.  The Resume Writer and Reviewer may spend hours getting a resume prepped for the client, formatting, reviewing, rewording, and the written interview, thus it would be unfair for the client to demand any refunds.  It would be best to continue to the end and have a completed resume versus stopping the process at any time during the consultant / client relationship.  This review and revision process will rely on the client’s progression and schedule while working with the consultant on the resume review, rewrite, and revision strategy. If you pay for the services, please ensure you have marked your calendar for follow-up and follow-through. The consultant will not remind the client to follow-up on actions or homework requested. The Client should mark their calendar and plan their schedule to work on their career while the consultant helps guide the client down the right path. Money paid for services will be retained for three months after submission, but are not eligible for refund after those three months for unused services /stages. D. Boyer Consulting will continue to work with the customer for all services purchased until completed – regardless of the number of months – or years – it takes for follow-up.
